           La psicologia digitale studia e interviene sui processi cognitivi, emotivi, relazionali e comportamentali che emergono quando le persone interagiscono con tecnologie digitali avanzate: intelligenza artificiale, realtà virtuale, aumentata ed estesa, piattaforme immersive, ambienti online e sistemi interattivi.
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
        
            Non si tratta semplicemente di “usare la tecnologia”, ma di
           &#xD;
      &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;strong&gt;&#xD;
      
           comprendere come la tecnologia modifica l’esperienza umana
          &#xD;
    &lt;/strong&gt;&#xD;

            e di progettare strumenti, interventi e percorsi che siano psicologicamente fondati, eticamente responsabili, accessibili e realmente utili.

           Cosa significa lavorare in Psicologia Digitale

           La psicologia digitale si colloca all’incrocio tra ricerca scientifica, pratica clinica, formazione e innovazione tecnologica.
           &#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
      
            Integra modelli evidence-based della psicologia con competenze di design dell’esperienza, valutazione dell’impatto e attenzione ai fattori umani.
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           In concreto, significa:

           The school represents the main place for the cultural and civil growth of future generations.

           But what is the role of the school in promoting the well-being of pupils and teachers?
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;

           The volume addresses this question through the introduction of an innovative approach - Integrated Positive Education - which offers a series of practical and accessible teaching tools to help children and the educational community cultivate the fundamental resources to build a "good life" .

    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           The main objective is to encourage students - but also teachers themselves - to equip themselves with effective tools to be able to adapt, from time to time, to the challenges and circumstances of life, deploying their own strengths of character and appreciating and actively seeking positive emotions. The pro-social values of gratitude, kindness and mutual appreciation - useful for living positive relationships - constitute an integral part of the "value set" that this book intends to help build.

           John Gottman, autore del bel libro 
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           Intelligenza emotiva per un figlio, 
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           basandosi su risultati di ricerche scientifiche condotte per decine di anni su centinaia di famiglie, dimostra
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
            
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           che bambini a cui i genitori hanno insegnato ad essere 
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           emotivamente intelligenti
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
            riescono a concentrarsi meglio e quindi riescono meglio a scuola, sanno calmarsi più rapidamente quando si agitano o arrabbiano, riescono a superare meglio le difficoltà della vita, ad evitare comportamenti autodistruttivi, quali ad esempio l’uso di sostanze stupefacenti, in periodo adolescenziale.
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           Ha scritto il filosofo Galimberti:
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;blockquote&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           “Oggi i giovanissimi sono più soli e più depressi, più rabbiosi e ribelli, più nervosi e impulsivi, più aggressivi e impreparati alla vita, perché privi di quegli strumenti emotivi indispensabili per dare avvio a quei comportamenti quali l’autoconsapevolezza, l’autocontrollo, l’empatia, senza i quali saranno capaci di parlare, ma non di ascoltare, di risolvere i conflitti, di cooperare.”
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/blockquote&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           Personalmente
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
            
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           incontro bambini e adolescenti davvero analfabeti emotivi con problemi emozionali (ansia e depressione, difficoltà di attenzione, aggressività) e ho verificato che l’analfabetismo emozionale in età prescolare e scolare è spesso connesso a successivi comportamenti devianti (dipendenze, devianza, disturbi alimentari …).
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           Un bambino “analfabeta emotivo” non sa gestire emozioni cui non sa dare un nome. Il “gesto”, soprattutto quello violento, prende il posto di tutte le parole che i bambini non hanno scambiato né con gli altri, né con se stessi.
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           Insegniamo invece ai nostri figli a dare un nome alle emozioni, a metterle in parola, a gestirle senza reprimerle eccessivamente e senza farsene travolgere. Ogni giorno, a partire dai primissimi anni di vita del bambino, il genitore può guidarlo in questo ABC così cruciale, attraverso semplici affermazioni rispecchianti (“ora sei arrabbiato”), ma anche grazie alle fiabe, sia quelle classiche sia quelle scritte appositamente per l’educazione emotiva dei figli (io consiglio le bellissime fiabe di Alba Marcoli), e grazie a libri per l’infanzia che insegnano il riconoscimento delle emozioni nelle espressioni del volto.
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           Accompagniamo nostro figlio a riconoscere e gestire emozioni dirompenti come la rabbia, la paura, oppure difficili come la vergogna, il senso di colpa. Nessuna emozione è “negativa” in sé. Insegnare a gestire le emozioni in tempi di pace aiuta a gestirle in tempi di difficoltà o di “guerra”.
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           La tanto temuta rabbia può essere convogliata verso obiettivi costruttivi (pensiamo a quanto possiamo apprezzare un figlio che si arrabbia per le ingiustizie, che si indigna per i soprusi), oppure incanalata in parole che spiegano, che servono a chiarificare incomprensioni, a gestire i conflitti. L’ansia può essere affrontata e trasformata in utile risorsa di energia da focalizzare su un obiettivo, come una verifica a scuola. Il cervello del bambino non ha ancora messo a punto il sistema di autoregolazione dell’agitazione e dell’ansia: ha bisogno dell’aiuto del genitore per apprendere a contenerla, a inibire gli impulsi aggressivi e gestire al meglio le pulsioni distruttive per sé e per gli altri.
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
&lt;/div&gt;&#xD;
&lt;div data-rss-type="text"&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;h3&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
        
            educare alla felicità
           &#xD;
      &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/h3&gt;&#xD;
&lt;/div&gt;&#xD;
&lt;div data-rss-type="text"&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           Ma anche le emozioni positive, come la gioia, l’entusiasmo, necessitano di una loro alfabetizzazione: anche la felicità nostra e dei nostri figli può e deve essere appresa, riconosciuta, apprezzata, valorizzata, ricercata consapevolmente. Troppo spesso noi educatori siamo iperfocalizzati su ciò che manca o è inadeguato, e non vediamo o non apprezziamo il positivo. L’impresa più difficile dell’essere genitori è lasciare che le nostre speranze per i figli abbiano la meglio sulle nostre paure.
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           La Psicologia Positiva – a partire dal 2000 – ha evidenziato con studi scientificamente attendibili che le emozioni positive, la felicità intesa come significato esistenziale, l’ottimismo – che non è da intendersi come irragionevole euforia ma come visione focalizzata sulle risorse – favoriscono il benessere, accrescono la resistenza alla depressione legata agli eventi negativi, migliorano l’attività lavorativa, le capacità manageriali, riducono il rischio di 
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           burnout
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           , migliorano le condizioni di salute fisica, allungano la vita.
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
        
            Coltiviamo dunque il “tempo della felicità” con nostro figlio, tramite la tecnica dell’ascolto attivo, rimandando ogni problema a dopo, evitando argomenti su cui siamo in disaccordo, lasciandoci coinvolgere da attività piacevoli svolte insieme.
           &#xD;
      &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           Ed ogni sera, possiamo aiutarlo a ripercorrere la giornata riconoscendo con lui che sempre c’è qualcosa – anzi almeno tre piccole grandi “cose” – per cui essere grati (esercizio delle “Tre Benedizioni”): provare per credere, questo semplice ma potente esercizio della psicologia positiva allena noi e i nostri figli all’apprezzamento e alla ricerca della verità, della bellezza, del rispetto nelle relazioni di ogni giorno.
          &#xD;

    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
